What Mako Logics owns
The design
The look and arrangement of the site taken as a whole: the full-screen video hero, the layout of every page, the order of the sections, the navigation, the card and grid treatments, and the way colour, type and spacing are combined. A rebuild that copies that arrangement is covered even if the words and pictures change.
The code
The source code of the site: its pages, components, styles, structured data, search setup and security configuration.
The hero loop edit
The forward-and-back loop made for the hero, and the marked video and poster files served on this demo.

AXYS Corporation
The AXYS name and logo, the photos of AXYS people and operations, the product catalog and the wording on every page belong to AXYS Corporation. They appear here to show how the redesign would look with AXYS's real content.
Mixkit
The plant footage behind the hero is a Mixkit stock clip used under the Mixkit License. Mako Logics claims only its loop edit, not the footage itself.
Not allowed without a license
- Copying the site's layout, section order or page structure into another website, even with different words and pictures.
- Taking the code, or any part of it, from this demo.
- Downloading the marked video, poster or social card and using them elsewhere.
- Using a screenshot or recording of this demo as the reference, starting image or prompt for an AI design, image or video tool.
- Removing or covering the marks in the files or the details stored inside them.
How ownership is recorded
The video, its poster and the social card carry a visible mark, and the video file has its ownership details written into its metadata. Mako Logics LLC keeps the source files and a dated version history of every part of the build, so copies found elsewhere can be matched against them. Unlicensed use will be reported to the host and pursued.
