1Discovery
AXYS works with plant personnel to identify opportunities for improvement across processes, product streams, and waste streams. Internal resources and operating constraints are reviewed to establish a clear baseline.
2Analysis
AXYS reviews existing documentation including waste profiles, MSDS, specification sheets, analyses, and process diagrams. Samples are requested as needed, and regulatory, storage, and logistics requirements are evaluated.
3Proposed Solutions
AXYS identifies potential end-use applications, alternative products, process modifications, or disposal alternatives. Proposed solutions are presented with a commercial Offer or Letter of Intent.
4Agreement
Commercial terms and conditions are confirmed and finalized. Required due diligence such as financial assurance or site audits is completed prior to shipment.
5Delivery and Execution
AXYS ensures regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and reliable logistics for every shipment. Product movement begins and is managed in a safe, timely, and controlled manner.
